Putricide was finally dispatched this evening. Overall it’s a fairly fun and exciting fight; for the most part, just tough for the last 10% or so. Of course having Hellscream’s Warsong doesn’t hurt either :)

Our glorious Guild Leader Miakra grabbed the Infected Choker and the infamous Blackychaan got himself a Pendant of Split Veins.

So congrats to yours truly, Blackychaan, Bluhdmoon, Cardhu, Chemayla, Cinic, Duhast, Miakra, Tukaz and Turmoil for completing the quarter and getting the The Plagueworks (10 player) achievement … well done.

UI Spotlight – An Interface Evolution

Not sure how much this interests anyone but me … however, since my lame-ass guildies have ZERO initiative to contribute :P , I’m taking another shot. I got this idea off of WoW.com and thought it was pretty cool.

I love horking with my interface, changing it up every once in a while and incorporating new features / functionality. After 5+ years of playing, how I operate and what I find useful has evolved. So, I went through my old screenshoots and found a nice visual representation of how it evolved over time.

Here’s one of my real first attempts at modding the interface.  BTW that’s my old Lock getting chased by a ninja Fel Reaver in Hellfire.

Rotface Down, Next up Putricide

Saurfang, Festergut and Rotface were all one-shotted tonight. The professor proved to be a bit more difficult, but it was still good to knock another new boss down. We ended up melting Gluth’s Fetching Knife and Turmi came away with Lockjaw.

Also, a special congrats to Turmoil who became our first to hit exalted with Ashen Verdict. I’m sure she be enjoying her Ashen Band of Endless Wisdom :) .

Festergut Fini

Festergut


It took us a few attempts (9 to be extact), but Festergut fell to The Accused. Once we got down the timing, it was a pretty easy takedown. In terms of loot, Naku grabbed Precious’s Putrid Collar and Cinic got Festergut’s Gaseous Gloves for his healy set.

It was nice to see it all come together … well done.
